interesting thoughts. #4 is especially true. When you're working at your home. You mix work, your personal errands, youtube browsing all in front of your desk. And since your startup always got work to do, you're stuck there. You get burnt out once in a while and wasted time on youtube or constantly refreshing your gmail. It's hard to balance that.

Great advice, founders usually are the figurehead of a startup and overwork themselves thinking that the success of their startup is equivalent to the amount of work they put into it but that's not always true. Living a comfortable lifestyle and staying emotionally aware of yourself are just as important to being a good founder.
