He's a tech employee, but lives in the Santa Cruz mountains and at least a dozen miles away from DSL/Cable/etc- and literally lives of a satellite connection that is slower than molasses- 1500 ping + dialup modem throughput.

&lt;br&gt;I'd like to see what happens if this chart was organized by population density, or even by state.
